Step 1: Open Email Accounts
From your Automailer dashboard, click Email Accounts from the left sidebar

Click the green Add New Account button at the top-right.
Step 2: Select Any Provider (SMTP/IMAP)
In the Choose Your Provider window, select Any Provider (SMTP/IMAP).
You'll then be asked how many accounts to add:
  • Single - connects one inbox manually.
  • Bulk Upload - connects multiple inboxes using a CSV file.

Select Bulk Upload to continue.

Step 3: Fill the Form and Connect Account

Before using bulk upload, you can also connect a single inbox by filling out the SMTP/IMAP form:

      Column Description
      First Name Sender’s first name
      Last Name Sender’s last name
      EmailEmail shown to recipients
Username Email login used for SMTP and IMAP authentication
Password Email account password or app password
SMTP Host Outgoing mail server provided by your email provider
SMTP Port SMTP port used for sending (usually 465 or 587)
      IMAP HostIncoming mail server
IMAP Port IMAP port used for receiving (usually 993)
SSL/TLS Secure connection for sending and receiving
Step 4: Download the CSV Template
In the Bulk Upload screen, click Download CSV to get a ready-made template with the correct column headers.

Using the template helps prevent formatting errors during upload.

Step 5: Upload the CSV File
Drag and drop your completed CSV file into the upload area (or click to browse), then click Upload & Connect.
Automailer validates each row and connects all inboxes with valid settings.
      Step 6: Verify Connected Accounts

After the upload is complete, your connected inboxes will appear on the Email Accounts page.

      • From there, you can monitor: Account Status
      • Mailbox health
      • Warmup status
      • Daily sending limits

      Important Note

Each inbox requires valid SMTP and IMAP settings to connect successfully.

If an account contains incorrect server information or login credentials, the connection will fail, and the account will need to be corrected before it can be added.
