How to Create and Launch Your First Campaign

Create and launch a cold email campaign by selecting a contact list, choosing sending accounts, building your email sequence, and configuring your campaign settings.

How to Create a Campaign
Step 1: Open Campaigns
From your dashboard, click Campaigns, then click Create Campaign.

Step 2: Configure Campaign Settings                                     

Complete the following campaign settings:

  • Campaign Name
  • Contact List
  • Forward Replies To (optional)
  • Open & Click Tracking (tracks email opens and link clicks)
  • Include Unsubscribe Link
  • Tags (optional)
Step 3: Select Sending Accounts
Click Select Email Accounts and choose the email accounts you want to use for sending.
Click Next Step to continue.
Build Your Email Sequence
Step 1: Create Your First Email

Enter your:

  • Subject Line
  • Email Content
Use the Variables dropdown to add personalization fields such as first name, company name, and other contact data.
Step 2: Add Follow-Up Emails

Click Add Sequence to create additional follow-up emails.

For each follow-up, configure:
  • Trigger (determines when the follow-up email is sent)
  • Wait Days (the number of days to wait before sending)
Step 3: Add Variations (Optional)

Click Add Variation to create alternative subject lines or email copy for testing.

Step 4: Preview and Test Your Emails

Click Preview & Test to review your email and send a test message before launching.

Click Next Step when your sequence is ready.
Configure Launch Settings
Step 1: Set Sending Priority
Choose one of the following options:
  • Prioritize Follow-Ups
  • Prioritize New Contacts
Step 2: Configure ESP Matching

Enable ESP Matching to send emails through a mailbox provider that matches the recipient's provider when available.

Step 3: Set Up Auto-Pause for High Bounce Rates 

Enable Auto-Pause on Bounce and set a bounce threshold.

If the bounce rate exceeds the selected threshold, the campaign will automatically pause.
Step 4: Configure Your Sending Schedule 
Configure the following:
  • Sending Days
  • Sending Window
  • Timezone
  • Start Date
    Step 5: Launch the Campaign

    Click Launch Campaign.

    Your campaign will begin sending emails according to the schedule you selected.
    Important Note
    Before launching a campaign, ensure that:
    • At least one email account is connected
    • A contact list has been uploaded
    • Your sending domain is properly authenticated
    Using multiple sending accounts and enabling ESP Matching can help improve deliverability.
