How to Create and Launch Your First Campaign
Create and launch a cold email campaign by selecting a contact list, choosing sending accounts, building your email sequence, and configuring your campaign settings.

From your dashboard, click Campaigns, then click Create Campaign.

Step 2: Configure Campaign Settings
Complete the following campaign settings:
- Campaign Name
- Contact List
- Forward Replies To (optional)
- Open & Click Tracking (tracks email opens and link clicks)
- Include Unsubscribe Link
- Tags (optional)

Click Select Email Accounts and choose the email accounts you want to use for sending.
Click Next Step to continue.


Enter your:
- Subject Line
- Email Content

Click Add Sequence to create additional follow-up emails.
For each follow-up, configure:- Trigger (determines when the follow-up email is sent)
- Wait Days (the number of days to wait before sending)

Click Add Variation to create alternative subject lines or email copy for testing.

Click Preview & Test to review your email and send a test message before launching.
Click Next Step when your sequence is ready.
Choose one of the following options:
- Prioritize Follow-Ups
- Prioritize New Contacts

Enable ESP Matching to send emails through a mailbox provider that matches the recipient's provider when available.

Enable Auto-Pause on Bounce and set a bounce threshold.
If the bounce rate exceeds the selected threshold, the campaign will automatically pause.
Configure the following:
- Sending Days
- Sending Window
- Timezone
- Start Date

Click Launch Campaign.
Your campaign will begin sending emails according to the schedule you selected.
Before launching a campaign, ensure that:
- At least one email account is connected
- A contact list has been uploaded
- Your sending domain is properly authenticated
