Step 1: Open My Lists
- From the left navigation menu, click Contacts.
- Select My Lists.
- Locate the contact list you want to verify.

Step 2: Start Verification
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) beside your list.
- Select Verify.

Step 3: Review Credits and Confirm
- Before verification begins, Automailer displays: Number of contacts to verify
- Credits required
- Available verification credits in your account

If you need additional credits, click Buy More Credits.
Step 4: Review Verification Results
Once verification is complete, contacts will be assigned one of the following statuses:
- Valid — The email address is safe to send to.
- Invalid — The email address does not exist or cannot receive mail
- Risky / Catch-All — The domain accepts all email addresses, so deliverability cannot be confirmed with certainty.
- Unknown — The verification service could not determine the email's status.
Step 5: Use Your Verified List
Use your verified contacts when creating campaigns.
Removing invalid addresses helps reduce bounce rates and protect sender reputation.Important Note
- Verification uses one credit per contact.
- Automailer will automatically not send to invalid contacts in the list after verification.
- For the most accurate results, verify your contact list shortly before sending your campaign, as email addresses can become outdated over time.
